KINARAY adheres to the highest quality standards and takes great care in deliveries. In the rare instance you are not happy with your purchase, please note below the exchange policy.

Your purchase may be eligible for exchange as per below criteria:

The communication of defective and/or damaged goods received shall be sent to KINARAY within 48 hours of its receipt. The QC team will inspect the item for defects/damage and determine whether an exchange or refund can be issued.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and packed in the original packaging box. 

We do our best to ship every product after intensive quality checks. Unless a wrong/broken/damaged piece has been shipped to the customer, we do not accept/provide the exchange or return of products.

If an item arrives in a broken/damaged condition inside the packaging please send us pictures immediately upon receipt so that we can provide a replacement of the same product (or if unavailable, a credit note for the same.) 

Products displayed on KINARAY attempts to be as accurate, reliable and error-free as possible. However, product descriptions, images or other information about the product may slightly vary from the actual product since it is handcrafted. If a product offered by KINARAY is not as described, you may contact us within 48 hours of receipt. 

Please provide the email ID and order number used at the time of purchase. Any additional charges for shipping or personalisation, if paid by KINARAY, will be deducted from the credit amount.

If your purchase meets the eligibility criteria stated above, we will happily exchange and offer a fresh piece. In the rare instance we are unable to do so, we issue and email a credit note to the registered email address while making the purchase.

The credit note will be valid for six (6) months from the date of issue and can be redeemed online.

Please report any issues of damaged, incorrect or missing items within 48 hours of receipt. Communication received after 48 hours of delivery shall not qualify for any exchange/return. KINARAY holds sole discretion on the final decision of exchange/refund.
